She couldn't help shifting a little under his fingers, something of a squirm of embarrassment even as she smiled at the compliment with an audible huff of a breath. She wasn't entirely used to hearing things like that, and hearing them from Niko, and him concentrating on her like that made her much more self-conscious - albeit in a nice sort of way - than the mere fact that she was about to be naked in front of him.

The brush of his fingers on her back didn't stop her squirming, either. His hands were rough, calloused, and his touch on her skin made her twitch in little movements under him. Finally, as they pushed the back of her suit forward, his hands dragging gently along her skin, she shuddered helplessly. It was a pleasant distraction as she reached up to her upper arm - the one suit arm left - and loosened the seals there with tiny, fiddly movements. She barely realised she was holding her breath as she pushed the suit forward, slowly drawing her other arm out of the suit it had been encased in most of her life.

It was easy to slip the other arm out...and that was it. The upper part was easily pushed down to her waist - and she let out the breath she was holding in a soft yelp as the cool air hit her uncovered body. For a moment, all she could do was stand there and get used to it, though she stepped backwards until her back hit Niko's chest as if unconsciously seeking out his body heat.

The markings dipped down to just below her collar bone, and there were more on her stomach, above her navel; those she reached to touch herself, drawing a finger along a thin, dark line as if not sure if she'd feel something different there. Then, inexorably, she reached up to her ribs on her right side, to the one scar she had. The wound from the bullet that had grazed her - and tore through her suit - had healed well with medigel, but it had still created some faint scarring.

"I got shot a couple of years ago," she told Niko faintly, looking down at the lighter-coloured skin that looked to her like some kind of rushed welding job. "Actually, I got lucky."

One of the snipers had, for all intents and purposes, missed her - the other had got her friend clean through the stomach. He'd died within the hour. Her expression was slightly darker as she pressed her hand over the old wound.
